Quantum’s father is Q-Sieben, who finished his 14-day performance test as dressage master with 8.71 points, and 9.5 for rideability. Q-Sieben had won 2nd place at Oldenburger Landesturnier in Rastrede and was awarded the suffix OLD, next year he won 1st place at the same contest. Seven foals were sold at auction in Medingen, among them foals sold for the highest prices – Q-Acht and Quite Shiny (for 40 000 EUR).
It can be easily seen that Q-Sieben is incredibly confident, which is masculine and typical. The moment, he starts to move, makes us sure he is of first-class quality. He’s the perfect connection between timeless Caprimond (silver and bronze medalist of Europe Championship) and De Niro (five times World’s Best Dressage Stallion). Motherline provided winners among Jumping and Dressage horses. Grandmother Cedra brought genes of licensed stallion Herbsttänzer. Grandmother line originates from Narenta – a hanover family, which provided stallions such as Graf Sponek and premium stallion Conen and plenty of successful sport horses, such as Donatella FRH-Diemat Gugler and La Belle by Landclassic (Jumping, 1.60m).
Quantum’s mother is Liebe Lara by Fürst Romancier, who is a descendant of Fürst Heinrich, who was the main sire of Gestüt Sprehe, by winning Oldenburg Licensing, then winning OLD suffix then winning the World Young Horses Championship in Verden. Fürst Romancier has also reached the top bonus of Oldenburg Studbook, and during his sports career, he was successful at the young horse competitions level, crowned with a start at World Young Horses Championship, where he was the highest-classified stallion and 4th place winner at Bundeschampionate.
He turned out to be a fantastic sire, the speck of his genes can be easily seen in the following generations of his offsprings, inter alia triple silver medalist of Young Riders Europe Championship – First Class, winner of prestige Nurnberger Burgpokal ridden by Dorothee Schneider – First Romance, or successful on international level Grand Prix – Fürst Fritz. Also notable among the progeny of the Fürst Romancier sire is Bundeschampionate winner Fasine, who ranks at the level of CC class competitions, and her full brothers For Romance I OLD (licensing winner, major premium, Nurnberger Burgpokal finalist, now a GP class horse) and premium licensed stallion For Romance II – both among the more than 35 licensed sires of the Fürst Romancier sire.
